Objectiu de la convocatòria
COST actions are a Pan-European networking instrument that allows researchers to develop jointly their ideas and new initiatives in a field or topic of common interest. It supports Meetings, Conferences, Workshops, Short-term scientific exchanges, Training schools and Dissemination Activities. |

Característiques principals
Open to all science and technology fields, including new and emerging fields; COST Actions offer an inclusive, pan-European environment for individuals of all levels of seniority to grow their professional research networks and boost their careers. COST Actions act as a pre-portal to other funding instruments. Follow-up proposals from COST Actions have a 37% success rate, which leads to 5.8 million spin-off funding per Action |

Requisits
Proposals for a COST Action must represent a network composed of proposers from at least seven (7) COST Members amongst which a minimum number shall be from COST Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC). |

Average Annual Budget 125 000 euros for first year, 150 000 euros for the other 3. |
