Pfizer and CanAge are collaborating to offer a new grant opportunity to support innovative programs and policies aimed at addressing persistent challenges and improving care for older adults living with rare diseases.
Característiques principals
Primary Area of Interest: Adults living with rare diseases, including adult-onset and older adults.
Specific Area of Interest:
  • Assessment & Analysis: Improve and sustain care for ageing adults with rare diseases.
  • Education & Awareness: Supporting the development of a National Action Plan on Rare Diseases.
  • Policy & Advocacy: Empower communities to advocate for better access to care.

    Requisits
  • The grant is open to applicants worldwide.
  • Eligible applicants are organizations involved in healthcare education, healthcare institutions, professional groups, patient advocacy, or other healthcare improvement efforts.
  • Only organizations can receive grants; individuals and medical practice groups are not eligible.
  • Collaborations are encouraged, both within an institution and across multiple organizations, provided all partners have relevant roles and the requesting organization plays a key role.
  • The applicant must be the Project Lead or an authorized designee, and must be an employee or contractor of the requesting organization.
