Objectiu de la convocatòria
This prize is awarded to one young neurobiologist, not older than 35 years, in recognition of the most outstanding neurobiological research based on experimental methods of molecular, cellular, systems, or organismic biology conducted within the past three years.

Requisits
  • Entrants must be early-career neurobiologists holding an advanced degree (MD, PhD, or MD/PhD) obtained within the last 10 years, and must be 35 years of age or younger at the time of entry. This age limit may be extended in certain documented cases.
  • The entrant's essay must describe contributions to neurobiological research using methods from molecular, cellular, systems, or organismic biology, and the entrant must have performed or directed the work described.
  • The research presented must have been conducted within the previous three years.
  • Submissions, including figures and images, must not be generated using AI or similar tools. Limited editing with tools such as Grammarly is allowed but must be declared.
  • Each entry must be from a single individual and focus on their own contribution.
  • An entrant may not win more than one Science Prize with the same or a similar essay based on the same research, and each piece of research may only receive one prize.
  • Previous winners are not eligible to apply again until five years after receiving the award.
