The Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) will host its Brokerage Event 2025 in Brussels, Belgium, on 4-5 November, with an additional virtual networking day on 6 November.

This event aims to facilitate networking and consortium building ahead of IHI’s next single-stage call for proposals, scheduled for early 2026.
Key features include:

• Pitching sessions where participants share proposals and seek partners (deadline for pitch submissions: 20 October)
• Poster displays presenting organizations looking to join new projects
• Dedicated meeting rooms for longer consortium planning, and continuous networking slots
• A “Ask the Experts” Q&A session and an opening presentation about building strong proposals
• For those who cannot attend in person, plenary sessions and pitching will be broadcast online, and the event’s networking platform remains open for virtual engagement. If you wish to follow the event online, simply select 'online attendee' during registration

Registration is free but mandatory via the event platform. Existing users of last year’s brokerage system will be guided on transferring their profiles.

Participants from eligible countries may apply for financial support grants of up to €1,000, to cover travel and accommodation expenses.
