Applicants may propose basic or clinical studies, though this award is not intended to fund clinical trials. Collaborative, multidisciplinary research is strongly encouraged.

EUROPEAN SOCIETY FOR MEDICAL ONCOLOGY
Clinical Unit Visits are short-term fellowships that enable young oncologists to gain insight into clinical research and oncology practices at a leading European centre of excellence. To expand professional networks and help implement high-quality procedures and techniques in their home institution, the fellow will be paired with a mentor at the host institute for 12 months after the fellowship.
